Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was largely positive with a few minor hiccups. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and comfortable, although we noticed a couple of missing amenities. The service was generally good but had moments of inconsistency, particularly during breakfast. Overall, it was a lovely experience, particularly due to the excellent spa facilities and quality of food, though there were some areas for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was simply exceptional. The customer service was outstanding, and the luxurious spa experience was a highlight. The food across the restaurants was top-notch, making dining memorable each meal. However, the reception staff could benefit from slightly warmer interactions to elevate the experience further.
The hotel has an unbeatable central location that makes exploring London a breeze, and the luxurious spa facilities truly elevated my stay. The spacious and comfortable rooms were lovely, although service accuracy at times left something to be desired. The breakfast was mostly excellent, but I did run into some confusion during the meal, which was a bit off-putting. Overall, it's a wonderful place for a getaway, but I think they need to work on communication and attention to detail.
I had an unforgettable experience at the hotel, where everything from the exceptional spa services to the delicious dining made my stay truly luxurious. The rooms were not only spacious but also spotless, providing a perfect retreat. However, I did find the dining prices a bit steep for dinner, which could be a consideration for future visitors. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for anyone looking to indulge in a lavish getaway.
The Corinthia is an extraordinary hotel that exudes luxury in the heart of London. Each visit feels like a special occasion, from the stunning décor to the incredible spa. The dining experiences, especially at Kerridges, were outstanding. However, the high staff turnover left a bit of disappointment in atmosphere consistency, particularly at the Bassoon Bar, which I once adored.
