i visited the spa and its totally fine. the thermal pool area includes a sauna plus an ice fountain and several heated loungers, i loved that. i went for a massage and the therapist were super skilled, i felt renewed after.

the room was spacious and included quality amenities i appreciated the well stocked mini bar and the complimentary snacks the bathroom featured underfloor heating a nice touch during colder days the bed provided great comfort ensuring a restful sleep each night. the breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices and i found everything to be fresh and delicious the staff was very attentive to my dietary needs. i used the spa facilities with a sauna and steam room i found them to be very relaxing. the hotel's location was convenient to transport links making exploring easy.
the in room entertainment system was slightly outdated though i barely used it .

The location is indeed central.
The room rate feels much high for what is offered. I found dust in some areas, a problem given the price. The bidet drain wasn't working properly either. I was surprized with a 15% service fee added to the room price. That doesn't seems right.

my husband and i chose this hotel for our anniversary we were greeted warmly upon arrival staff ensured a seamless check-in and escorted us to our room the hotel gifted us a bottle of champagne and chocolates we appreciated the thoughtful gesture the hotel's location was excellent it allowed easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.
i found the gym to be a bit small it only had two treadmills and one stationary bike some guests may find this inadequate during peak hours

the breakfast offered many high-quality ingredients in a beautiful setting with attentive staff. They really set the tone for each day. the spa is really good, and it enhanced our relaxation. the entire hotel is wonderfully decorated with lovely flowers. The flowerbox room was heavenly.
The gym, while well-equipped, was slightly smaller than i anticipated. I hope for some expansion in the future.

I discovered a high level of attention from the staff. I received a message to check on my evening enjoyment and an offer to discuss my stay in the morning. The room upgrade was excellent, with thoughtful treats and appointments. The spa inclusion created a nice experience to unwind following my activities.
The bar got quite busy and I found it difficult to get a table.
